W. Brett Cain, graduated from the University Of Tulsa College Of Law. During law school, Mr. Cain served as Vice President of the Christian Legal Society, was nominated as "Who's Who among American Law School Students", and clerked for the Atkinson Haskins Law Firm and for the Honorable Justice, James Sontag. Prior to opening the Cain Law Firm, P.C., he served as an Assistant District Attorney for Smith County, Texas. Currently, Mr. Cain practices primarily in personal injury law.
While in college, Mr. Cain lettered two years in NCAA Football, and earned a BBA at Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. Mr. Cain is a member of the Texas State Bar, licensed to practice law by the Texas Supreme Court. Mr. Cain is also a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
