Two in Critial Condition, Other Injured After Temple Crash

Two individuals are currently in critical condition, and three others injured after a motor vehicle collision that occurred on Thursday afternoon, December 1, 2011 in Temple, Texas.

According to the Austin American-Statesman, a Pontiac was speeding near Old Highway 95 when it lost control and went onto the other side of the road, striking a Toyota head-on. Both an infant and a 3-year-old in the Toyota sedan sustained life-threatening injuries and were rushed to Children's Hospital at Scott & White. In the front seat of the Toyota was their mother who sustained minor injuries, and a male passenger whose injuries were more severe. Additionally, the driver of the Pontiac sustained moderate injuries and was rushed to the hospital.
